Seat Assignment

I'm slightly obsessed with @theknot wedding website. It's so helpful with giving information to our guest about the wedding and having people RSVP. Now I'm on to seat arrangement. DUDE..it's so visual and since everyone RSVP to the site it already has everyone's name in there so I just drag the person's name (which they have a list conveniently on the side) and put them at a table. Amazing! This way we won't forget anyone. YEAH!!

Site Check

Robert and I met with our wedding coordinator aka Heather the marvelous from amorologyweddings.com (she's also one of my greatest friends from HIGH SCHOOL!)

and her lovely mother and my florist Robin (www.twiggbotaniclas.com) while we were in SD. 

We figured out linen colors and  Robert being the designer and knowing WAY more about colors he took over that part of the meeting. Heather said she's never worked with a groom that has been so involved with linen colors. HA! Love it.  It was such a RELIEF to do the walk through and get Heather's ideas of where everything should go. We're getting excited!!

My friend Heather is a wedding planner and owns amorology weddings which is a full creative/wedding service company in San Diego. She brings to life the passion and love two people share for everyone to experience on their special day. The weddings she does are magical. SO...when I got engaged she was the first person I called. She told me she would set me up on a website so I could see everything that needs to be discussed and done. Second step we're going to talk about colors, places and start getting creative...

My brother's friend Michelle Hoffman (now Raasch) who is a friend of mine too  facebooked me today and said to get in touch with her sister Lisa who designs wedding invitations here in NYC. I'm excited to catch up with her and see what she says about invites.
