WEEK 4 OF BOOT CAMP COMPLETE!

Week 4 of #etc Equinox's boot camp is complete!! I'm starting to get in the habit of waking up early even on the days I don't have #etc. I tried to do this no carb diet this week...I don't suggest it. I got really weak and tired. So it's carbs in the day and not after 8. YEAH! I have lost 4 lbs but no body fat...not cute! I have 4 more weeks to go. I'm going to up the cardio. YAHOOOO!!

WORK IT: WEEK THREE

I joined this #etc boot camp at my gym and today I finished week three! I have 5 more weeks to go.  I've never been a "gym" type of person but I LOVE IT! There are 38 of us in the group and we meet every M/W/F from 7:15-8:15 am. It feels so good to be a part of a group of people who all have the same goals.

I'm not sure how much I've lost and to me it doesn't really matter. I feel super good, I'm getting up early and I'm addicted to working out! YEAH!! Here's to a fit and skinny body for the summer....LOVE!
